supervision structure
My supervision framework is designed to strengthen clinical skills, promote ethical client care, and encourage professional development. Sessions are scheduled regularly, providing space to discuss client cases, therapeutic strategies, and personal reflections on clinical work. Depending on your team’s needs, supervision can also include direct session observation, review of recordings, or live supervision for interns.
SUPERVISION STYLE
I view supervision as a collaborative and supportive partnership, built on trust, respect, and mutual learning. My aim is to foster an environment where clinicians feel encouraged to reflect, grow, and develop cultural competence. I tailor my approach based on each supervisee’s experience level, using models that align with their professional needs. Ethical considerations—like confidentiality and boundary management—are always prioritized to ensure the integrity of the supervisory process.
CURRENT RATES
- Individual supervision is currently offered at $110 per clinical supervised hour, while group supervision is available at $65 for a 90-minute session
- I also provide discounted rates for groups of three or more LGPCs—happy to discuss flexible options based on your needs.
